Our Shipping Policy

We ship most items via UPS Ground, with a tracking number. And, they all ship for FREE! We also offer a price match program!*

In the rare event an item is on backorder or out of stock, we will promptly issue a full refund, unless you tell us you'd like to wait for your order.
We use UPS Ground for most deliveries. Please provide a physical address when ordering (no PO Boxes). Please allow 10 to 14 days for UPS delivery although most items arrive sooner. Certain items take longer than others, and delivery times will be noted in the item description.
At this time, we only ship to the lower 48 US States (Sorry, we don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii).

Please inspect your package for damage before assembly. If the contents are damaged, please do not refuse delivery as this will slow down the replacement process. Instead, please note the damage and E-mail us so we can quickly get a replacement to you.
