We ship most items via UPS Ground, with a tracking number. For larger furniture orders, we will ship via truck. Best of all, it's FREE! No matter what you find on A Cool Kid, we'll pay for the shipping. And with our extremely competitive pricing and 110% price match guarantee, you can't go wrong!

In the rare event an item is on backorder or out of stock, we will promptly issue a full refund, unless you tell us you'd like to wait for your order.

We use UPS Ground for most deliveries. Please provide a physical address when ordering (no PO Boxes). Please allow 7 to 10 days for UPS delivery although most items arrive sooner.

For larger furniture items shipping by freight, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Our freight provider does not deliver boxes into your home, so please be sure you have some muscles to help on delivery day!

At this time, we only ship to the lower 48 US States (Sorry, we don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii).
Additional information for items being shipped via truck: If your order is delivered to a remote or hard-to-reach location, there might be additional charges as determined by the freight company. Truck shipments usually take a few days longer so please allow for extra time. In addition, truck shipments cannot be expedited.
Please inspect your package for damage before signing. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing and E-mail us.
